Mel is an advanced skin dermal therapist/Senior Laser/IPL technician with almost 12 years of experience in the beauty and cosmetic industry. She is regarded as one of the leading skin therapists in Auckland and prides herself in maintaining strong client relationships by consistently offering results driven treatments, educating her clients on how maximise their treatment results at home as well, and assisting them with ways to improve their general health and wellbeing.
Mel believes that education is the key to achieving optimal skin health.

Business Manager
Michael joined the FaceTime team in 2016. Prior to this he worked for Barfoot and Thompson in the Real estate market, providing services, sales and advice to many of Auckland's leading investors, delivering excellent results.
Michael's background in Customer service, Management and advertising has placed him perfectly to lead the dedicated team of professionals who work at FaceTime creating exceptional treatment results. With the team vision of creating the ultimate client journey, Michael is always available and interested in our client’s feedback.

Mellissa joined the FaceTime team in 2016. She had spent the previous decade as an advanced skin therapist and is now creating a customer focused cohesive team, delivering excellent results. She has been expertly trained in Laser Therapy treatments including Lumenis M22 IPL and Laser Hair Removal. Mellissa enjoys educating her clients on the entire process, ensuring all questions are answered and the client is completely comfortable with the treatment plan, ensuring client satisfaction and optimal results. Mellissa's genuine warmth, aesthetic eye, and attention to detail allow her to deliver fantastic results as a senior skin therapist. Whether it’s treatments that focus on enhancing and creating, or restoring and rejuvenating, Mellissa always ensures wonderful natural results.

Holly has always had a keen eye on all things beauty and health. She currently studies nursing at AUT Auckland which means she is our up and coming knowledge on all things body and internal. Over the coming years, Holly will be deciding which area of nursing she will be focusing on. Who knows.....maybe a new injectable nurse on the way??? We can’t wait!!
